Are Bumps on Finger Joints The signs of Arthritis?

If you have bumps in your own finger joints you would like early signs of joint disease.

About two years below, a friend of mine that has in her 40's arrived me for advice based on arthritis. Her doctor had replied that her neck appeared to be like she was 65 hey. Not only did she have arthritis in their own neck, but in her feet as well. My friend is obsessed with horse riding - something longer will she get the chance do that?

Both my parents was indeed arthritis - my dad's was in his hands and feet, my mother's in her back. My husband has arthritis within his knee - a result of a rugby injury as well as becoming cartilage removed. Arthritis means both painful and devastating.

What causes arthritis?

There are two types of arthritis - osteoarthritis (the worst, caused by wear and tear) and joint pain (inflammation of the joints during a an autoimmune disease).

According to Doctor Ray Strand "over 70% of the individual over 50 years old have some degree present in degenerative arthritis ".

Joint fluid to a inflamed joint, contains excessive toxins. To counter free radical damage we must consume a diet high in fresh vegatables and fruits and to supplement with optimal levels of antioxidants which include Age, beta-carotene, selenium, Vitamin D and Vitamin c. It is also advised for dinner glucosamine which supports diet cartilage.

Rheumatoid arthritis is simple fact autoimmune disease - the result of a virus or bacteria. Resistant becomes confused and it attacks itself as opposed to the bacteria or virus. The problem joints become inflamed ending up in a chronic inflammation, pain and also swelling; and the joint fluid which may be thick becomes thin, to make sure cartilage becomes less shielding.

My horse-riding friend might be a 'health nut' - your girl eats organic food and has a healthy lifestyle. But that hasn't been enough to counteract Osteoarthritis. My suggestion is add advanced-quality broad spectrum supplementations - antioxidants, multi-vitamins, multi-minerals, glucosamine and omega-3 to a healthy lifestyle to support healthy associations and bones. And also to continue with exercise to maintain fitness, muscle strength, heart beat health, relieve pain and stiffness and to recuperate quality of sleep.
